VSTi spotlight for “Muse” album

The quality and useability of a couple of VSTi used on the Muse album are so good that I like to put them in the spotlight. You can hear them at work on the track “Don’t Settle For Less”.

The Renegade is a virtual acoustic guitar that can be played in Native Instruments kontakt player. It comes very close to the real deal and has a lot of different expressions.

It also blends very well with real acoustic guitars.

The Stradivary is a virtual violin that also can be played in Native Instruments kontakt player.

Also used it on my VOID album. In my opinion it is the only one that is convincing as a solo instrument. It plays very well.

The steel is a virtual acoustic pedal guitar that can be played in Native Instruments kontakt player.

It had to compete with Wavelore but their site has come to a full stop.

The instrument grew on me as I used it. The interface is very easy and the sound is also convincing for such a hard to imitate instrument.
